excellent stay but slight design mismatch

I enjoyed the excellent internet signal . The room was beautifully designed with elegant decor that added charm to our experience. The panoramic view from our room was fine, offering a lovely backdrop . The garden view was also lovely.

The place was functional and had very gracious and pleasant staff who are always smiling and relentless in meeting your request, enjoyed the stay. The location was great and lovely for walking around Kigali City Tower. And it was also close to outside restaurant and beautiful gardens and from all rooms directly overlooking the pool, very nice views over the Kigali hills. International cuisine was served in the a la carte restaurant. The breakfast was tasty, we would stay here again.

The room is airy, new-fashioned comes with comfortable beds and fruits, for instance. The location is great and stunning for exploring Kigali.

The staff were friendly, and the poolside bar was a perfect spot for relaxation after our daily excursions. The rooms were spacious with beautiful views.

In my children's opinion, the pool could have more shallow areas for little ones.

The rooms with old battered furniture and a double bed, as example, incredibly nice staff in terms of the services. A great selection of options for breakfast, outstanding slices of fresh bread and pastries. Marvellous setting, close enough to the memorial at the edge of the parking lot near the road and outside restaurant and a bar and the malls and restaurants. Nearby Iriba Bar and Terrace - great place to chill out.

The garden views from my Junior Suite were nice. The cultural evening on Fridays was a good experience, full of vibrant music and dance that left me buzzing with joy! And don't even get me started on the food-every dish was a celebration of flavor, especially the buffet breakfast, divine.

Centrally located with great views and a fantastic pool area. Service at the bar is slow. Drinks took forever. Live music adds a nice touch in the evenings, but it can get loud. Rooms are clean but a bit dated.

Breakfast was good, with a variety of fresh tropical fruits and a delicious omelette station. The music from the bar area was quite loud at night was nice.

The staff here are super nice and really helpful! The pool area is fantastic for chilling out. I loved the breakfast buffet-it had a little bit of everything! My room was comfy, but the pillows were pretty hard, a bit of a letdown.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center. Enjoyed the large, comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, with ample seating. The food was delicious, quite reasonably priced. Service was attentive.
